Warranties

At RGen Sports, we are committed to the quality and durability of our batting cage products. This warranty is provided to outline the terms and conditions applicable to the components of our batting cage systems, including netting, hardware, and turf. Please carefully review the terms herein.


1. Warranty Coverage

Netting

  • Warranty Period: Six (6) months from the original date of purchase.
  • Coverage: RGen Sports warrants that the netting shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions during the warranty period.
  • Inspection Requirement: All shipments of netting must be inspected upon delivery for damages or shortages. Any damages or shortages must be documented immediately and reported to RGen Sports within two (2) business days, accompanied by photographic evidence.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abrasion, extreme weather conditions, unauthorized repairs, alterations, excessive wear, damage caused by rodents or other animals, weather-related damage, accidental damage, or acts of God.

Hardware

  • Warranty Period: One (1) year from the original date of purchase.
  • Coverage: RGen Sports warrants that the hardware, including cables, connectors, and frames, shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions during the warranty period.
  • Inspection Requirement: All shipments of hardware must be inspected upon delivery for damages or shortages. Any damages or shortages must be documented immediately and reported to RGen Sports within two (2) business days, accompanied by photographic evidence.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, over-tightening, exposure to corrosive environments, alterations, excessive wear, damage caused by rodents or other animals, weather-related damage, accidental damage, or acts of God.

Turf

  • Warranty Period: Six (6) months from the original date of purchase.
  • Coverage: RGen Sports warrants that the turf shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions during the warranty period.
  • Inspection Requirement: All shipments of turf must be inspected upon delivery for damages or shortages. Any damages or shortages must be documented immediately and reported to RGen Sports within two (2) business days, accompanied by photographic evidence.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abrasion, extreme weather conditions, unauthorized repairs, alterations, excessive wear, damage caused by rodents or other animals, weather-related damage, accidental damage, or acts of God.


2. Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:

  • Eligibility: Warranty claims are valid only for the original purchaser and are non-transferable. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, must be provided, along with a detailed description of the defect.
  • Process: Contact RGen Sports Customer Service at [insert contact information] to submit a claim. RGen Sports may require photographic evidence or the return of the defective product for evaluation.
  • Resolution: Upon approval of a warranty claim, RGen Sports, at its sole discretion, shall either repair or replace the defective product. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty replacements.


3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Alterations: Modifications or attempted modifications to the netting, hardware, or turf.
  • Excessive Wear: Damage resulting from normal wear and tear or usage beyond the intended purpose.
  • Rodent/Animal Damage: Damage caused by rodents or other animals chewing on the netting or components.
  • Weather-Related Damage: Damage caused by wind, rain, snow, UV exposure, or other weather conditions.
  • Accidental Damage: Damage caused by accidental occurrences, improper installation, or misuse.
  • Acts of God: Damage caused by natural disasters or events outside of human control, such as earthquakes, floods, or hurricanes.
  • Normal Wear and Tear.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Modifications or repairs performed by individuals or entities not authorized by RGen Sports.
  • Commercial or Rental Use: Products used for commercial or rental purposes.


4. Disclaimer

Exclusive Remedy: This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: RGen Sports shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use its products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. RGen Sports’ total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
